Data Backup Reseller Program Comparison: The online backup reseller program provides reseller's with a number of options. Manage your own clients, pricing and billing in a fully branded environment while leveraging the performance and scalability of our world class data center. The data backup reseller program is flexible, scalable and ready to meet the demands of your clients and organization.

Branded Reseller Program (with ecommerce)
1) Fully branded backup client application. Includes splash screen, application name, install path and all support information within the application. This is NOT co-branding, no reference to service or company is made within the application.
2) Remote Web Access . Allows clients to log in and restore data from any PC that is connected to the internet. This web interface allows for restoration from any web browser.
3) User Control Panel. Allows clients to log in and edit configurations and settings. Users can add/delete users, update billing or change account quotas.
4) Recurring Billing System. This system manages the billing for all clients who pay via credit card.
5) Notification System. Allows clients to receive notification regarding account status and backup failures. The branded notification system is not included in the Level 2 reseller package.
6) Reseller Support Module: Allows reseller to manage their clients account. Update billing info, change quotas, send password reminders, etc.



Branded Reseller Program (without ecommerce)
1) Fully branded backup client application: Includes splash screen, application name, install path and all support information within the application. This is NOT co-branding, no reference to service or company is made within the application.
2) User Management: Users are managed through a central account. As users sign up the reseller would create these as additional users within their account.
3) Branded User Control Panel: Allows clients to log in and edit configurations and settings. The branded User Control Panel is not included in the Level 2 reseller package. However, if this is needed it can be configured as an add-on component.
4) Branded Remote Web Access: Allows clients to log in and restore data from any PC that is connected to the internet. This web interface allows for restoration from any web browser.
5) Complete Web Site: The entire web site with 70 pages of content is provided to the reseller. This site is completely branded for the reseller. The ecommerce component can be added at a later time.
